SurveySpot is committed to ensuring the privacy of our panelists. We take that commitment seriously, and you can be assured your privacy and the confidentiality of your information is top priority.

SurveySpot gathers personal information when individuals register to become a member of our research panel. After registration we ask panel members to provide us with more personal information so that we can invite them to participate in appropriate surveys. We use your personal information purely for research purposes. We will never try to sell you anything; we are only interested in your opinions.

Your personally identifiable information will only be used by SSI and approved, qualified third party companies for purposes of reward fulfillment, Web hosting, or data analysis. When we use such third parties, we will always enter into a confidentiality agreement that requires the same level of security and limitations of use and disclosure of your personal information.

SurveySpot supports the rights of our members by limiting the use of its information for legitimate marketing research purposes only. SurveySpot is active in supporting the following organizations created to uphold ethical survey research:

When you fill out a survey, SurveySpot uses your responses along with other participants' responses to inform clients about people's attitudes about their products or services. As part of the research process, your responses are analyzed in aggregate with all the other respondents' information.

As a SurveySpot panel member you may be shown confidential information as part of the surveys you take. In order to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our clients' research, it is a condition of membership that you agree not to reveal any information contained in surveys, and do not copy or distribute any graphics or other content from the surveys.

We use your e-mail address to send you invitations to participate in new surveys and to contact you with messages about the SurveySpot panel. We use your postal address to mail any survey-related incentives or product samples. We will never share your e-mail address or personally identifiable information with anyone except an agent or sub-contractor working on our behalf who has also signed a confidentiality or "chain of trust" agreement.

SurveySpot panelists will be notified of any changes to our privacy policy via e-mail or our e-mail newsletter.

SurveySpot also reserves the right to transfer personally identifiable information to a buyer in connection with a sale of stock or assets, merger, or any other change of control transaction. Any future buyer would be required to honor our privacy policy.
